The Chainsmokers Early Life

The Chainsmokers were initially made up of Alex Pall and former DJ Rhett Bixler. And were re-formed as an EDM DJ duo under the management of Adam Alpert in New York City, 2012. Before introduced by the manager, Pall was attending New York University, while Taggart was attending Syracuse University. On February 2016 they release a new single "Don't Let Me Down" which featuring a vocalist, Daya. Their other singles were "Inside Out" featuring Charlee and "Closure" featuring Halsey. In October 2016, The Chainsmokers climbed up as ranked 18th in DJ Magazine's annual list of the "Top 100 DJs", after previously ranked at 97th on 2014.
